CAN I USE YOUR MUSIC IN MY PODCAST?

Yes, please do. Absolutely! All of the audio files on tateeskew.com can be used in your podcast. You are free to include them in your podcast or internet radio show as long as you follow the terms set in the Creative Commons License linked here.

It would be really great if you send me a link to your podcast so I can listen and post the link to your podcast on my site.

WHAT DOES THE CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE ALLOW ME TO DO?

A quick and dirty summary of the rules:

• No Commercial Use – Please people, don’t use my songs to make money without asking first. Take a look at the commercial licensing question/statement below.
• Provide attribution – A link to this website and verbal recognition of either me or this site during the podcast will do just fine.
• Share alike! – All remixes/mashups must be released under the same Creative Commons license.

The license applies only to songs I’ve written and/or own the copyright to. It does not apply to audio files at other sites that I link to. You know, like other artists and their good music.
