indabamusic.com – good or bad?

I’ve been looking at ways to collaborate with other musicians that I would never run into on a day to day basis. I’ve also been wondering if a technology/web app already existed where I could go and “bid” my services to someone that may be looking for music for film or what have you. It seems that indabamusic.com is doing both of these things in their app. Take a look below at the introduction video:
Welcome to Indaba Music from Indaba Music on Vimeo.
Now, is this something that you would find useful? I know there are a few ways that I could use this. I’m not sure about the online multi-track integration, but some of these tools are wonderful. It also looks like it is currently overwrought with people I probably wouldn’t want to collaborate with or remix at all, but that’s to be expected with any type of community, right? So, what do you think? Would you use the tools provided by indabamusic?
